Discover the Power of Sound Bath
Combined vibrations and sound release emotional tension and blocks, purify subtle energy channels and the energy field blueprint, rejuvenate the DNA structure. By opening your energy channel with sound and vibration you can experience spiritual awakenings, union with the universal consciousness and heal yourself with new pure energy through your open energy channel, also triggering personal transformation. Deep vibration releases the tension of muscles, pain, massages the organs, rewires the brain, and through this process stress and anxiety will disappear. Sound baths aid in the treatment of mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety.
In a 2016 study, a group of 62 adults were asked to rate their feelings before and after a sound bath. The researchers discovered that after the therapy, tension, anxiety, and negative moods decreased significantly by up to 85%. A 2018 study with 60 participants asked 30 of them to listen to Tibetan singing bowl music before surgery and gave the other 30 headphones with no music. The study discovered that when participants wore headphones with music, their heart rate and other vital signs that indicate anxiety improved significantly.
For thousands of years, eastern cultures have known the secret beneficial effects of sound bath treatments and incorporated this type of healing practices into their daily lives. More recently, a growing awareness is perceived in the western world on how the benefits flowing from this type of holistic wellness treatment can benefit our health. There is a growing and steady scientific field evidencing the true health effects of sound bath, that are no longer hidden within ancient eastern wisdoms, but are finally accessible for anyone living in the west as well.
A sound bath entails lying down in a reclining position, while a sound healer trained in sound bath musical techniques will create relaxing, overlapping vibrations, using one or more ancient musical instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls and quart crystal bowls. These ancient vibrations will bring you into a deep state of contemplative relaxation, by turning off your body's fight-or-flight response, akin to a deep meditation guided and infused through the ancient sounds of the Tibetan Himalaya.
