Meet the Visionary Behind Your Sound Wellness Journey
Svetlana Chebysheva is an experience designer and certified wellness practitioner with a focus on sensory therapy and nervous system health. She is accredited by the Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association (SEMPA) and completed The Science of Well-Being at Yale University.
Her work supports clients during both everyday life and difficult periods, including anxiety, illness recovery, grief, burnout, and major life transitions. Svetlana’s sound baths create a safe and supportive space for emotional regulation and deep rest.
Her sessions have been featured in publications such as Condé Nast Traveller and the Financial Times, recognised for their unique sensory and emotional impact. In parallel, Svetlana lectures at university on Social Dramaturgy, Symbolic Interactionism, and the Creation of Experience -bridging academic insight with practical well-being applications.
