A 5-day in-person training in London for people who want to learn alchemy bowls, session structure, instrument layering, client care, and the business foundations of a paid sound bath practice

The Sound Experience Method brings together alchemy bowls, music, instrument layering, experience design, nervous system awareness, and the business foundations behind a paid sound bath practice.
You will learn how to play with confidence, how to structure a session, how to layer bowls with other instruments, how to set up a beautiful space, and how to create an experience that feels considered from the moment someone arrives.
The course is designed for people who want to work with sound properly, whether for personal practice, private clients, retreats, wellness spaces, corporate sessions, or premium events.

Curriculum

Day 1
Foundations of Sound, Stillness, and Holding Space
You will learn the foundations of sound work and how to create a calm, safe, and grounded session environment.
Topics include:
-What sound healing is and is not.
-How sound interacts with the nervous system.
-Brainwave states: beta, alpha, theta, and delta.
-The role of silence in a session
How to open and close a sound bath.-How to hold space without over-performing.
-How to guide clients into rest with confidence.

Day 2
Crystal Tones Bowls, Notes, Chords, and Musicality
This day focuses on the bowls themselves and how to play with more intention.
Topics include:
-Introduction to Crystal Tones alchemy bowls
-Understanding notes and octaves
-How chords work
-How harmony and tension are created
-How to build simple sound progressions
-How to work with rhythm, pace, pressure, and silence
-How to avoid random or chaotic playing
-How to create a clear beginning, middle, and ending -

Day 3
Layering, Mixing Instruments, and Session Flow
You will learn how to combine instruments without overwhelming the room.
Topics include:
-Layering crystal bowls with Tibetan bowls
-How and when to introduce gong
-How to work with shruti box
-Using chimes, bells, rainstick, ocean drum, and percussion
-How to build texture without adding too much
-How to create contrast and spaciousness
-How to move from one section of a session into another
-How to design a full 45-minute or 60-minute sound bath -

Day 4
Space, Ritual, and Experience Design
This day brings in the full client experience.
Topics include:
-How to set up a premium sound bath space
-Mats, blankets, lighting, scent, water, cards, and arrival flow
-How to create atmosphere (semiotics, symbolic interaction, experience design theory)
-How to work with private clients
-How to adapt the experience for couples, small groups, corporate sessions, and events
-How to manage timing, comfort, and client care
-How to create a memorable closing moment*This is where sound becomes an experience, not just a session.

Day 5
Business, Practice, and Practitioner Integration
The final day focuses on how to turn the work into a paid offering.
Topics include:
-How to create your first sound bath offer
-How to price private sessions, group sessions, and corporate events
-How to create packages
-How to explain sound work without sounding vague
-How to sell through Instagram, WhatsApp, newsletters, referrals, and local partnerships
-How to introduce alchemy bowls to clients
-How to run your first paid event
-How to build confidence as a practitioner*Each participant will also practise holding part of a session and receive feedback.

Course facilitator
Svetlana has played sound bowls since 2020 and works with Crystal Tones© alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, shruti box, bells, chimes, and other instruments.
Her work has been featured in Condé Nast Traveler and Financial Times, and Sound Wellness Club has created sound bath experiences for private clients, luxury brands, and corporate groups.
Alongside her sound practice, Svetlana brings a strong academic and teaching background. She has five degrees, including three master’s degrees, one of which is from Central Saint Martins in Applied Imagination in the Creative Industries. She also has an MBA and a PGCert in teaching.
Svetlana has spent 13 years as a university lecturer in experience design. This training brings those worlds together: sound, space, sensory design, teaching, and the business of creating high-quality wellness experiences.
