Private Sanctuary Sessions

Held in a discreet Notting Hill setting, at Pembridge Villa. 

A private sound bath offers a quiet, uninterrupted way to experience sound work. Each session is centred entirely around you, with bowls placed on the body for direct vibration and carefully paced sound, allowing the nervous system to soften without effort or distraction. The space is intentionally calm and unhurried, giving the mind time to settle and the body permission to rest.

Private sessions feature our Super-Grade Smoky Quartz Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowl, blended with indium a rare instrument with a deeply grounding resonance. Its tone is experienced by many clients as stabilising and inwardly settling, supporting a sense of calm and clarity that is not available in group settings.

    A secluded, non-performative one-to-one sound session held in a calm, discreet setting in Notting Hill.

    Sessions feature Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, with gentle vibration and a subtle scent ritual, designed to support deep rest and allow the nervous system to switch off without effort. The experience is sound-led, unhurried, and minimally verbal, offering space to fully settle without needing to do or achieve anything.

    All private sessions include a rare Super-Grade Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowl — an exceptionally resonant instrument not commonly available in private practice. Its grounding tone is experienced by many clients as deeply stabilising and supportive.

Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls are played in layered tones, with gentle vibration and a subtle scent ritual to support shared nervous system settling and deep rest.

    All shared sessions include a rare Super-Grade Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowl, an exceptionally resonant instrument known for its grounding, stabilising presence. The pace is slow, the space is held, and the experience unfolds quietly.

    A secluded, non-performative private sound gathering for up to four guests, held in a calm, discreet Notting Hill sanctuary at Pembridge Villa.

    Designed for close friends, family members, or small groups wishing to rest together, sessions begin with gentle guided breath to support arrival and shared settling. From there, the experience moves into a sound-led immersion that is minimally verbal, with no interaction required between guests.

    Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls are played in carefully layered tones, with gentle vibration and a subtle scent ritual to support collective nervous system regulation and deep rest.

    All private gatherings include a rare Super-Grade Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowl an exceptionally resonant instrument known for its grounding, stabilising presence. The pace is slow, the space is held, and the experience unfolds quietly and with intention.

    The session closes with a short period of optional journaling, allowing integration before returning to the outside world.
